Return and Refund Policy

This Return Policy applies to guided group walk products purchased from Antiagemove through antiagemove.world or via direct booking with our team. Because walks are scheduled experiential services, refunds are handled differently from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before reserving Bayou Sunrise Circuit, Downtown Heritage Loop, Memorial Green Evening Stroll, or private group walks.

1. Scope

This policy covers prepaid walk reservations, deposits for private events, and promotional bundles sold by antiagemove. It does not cover third-party services you arrange separately, such as transportation, meals, or lodging unless explicitly included in a written package agreement signed by us.

2. Participant Cancellation

More than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start time: You may cancel for a full refund of the walk fee to the original payment method, minus non-refundable processing fees if disclosed at checkout.

Between twenty-four and seventy-two hours before start: You may reschedule to another available date within ninety days or receive a fifty percent refund of the walk fee.

Less than twenty-four hours before start or no-show: No refund is provided because we have allocated guide time and limited group capacity. You may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us with the replacement participant's name and contact details at least four hours before start.

3. Weather and Force Majeure

If we cancel due to severe weather, official trail closures, or safety advisories, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule at your choice. If light rain is forecast and conditions remain safe, walks may proceed; we will communicate gear recommendations in advance. Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or civil emergencies, may result in rescheduling without penalty.

4. Cancellations by Antiagemove

If we cancel for low enrollment, guide illness, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund within ten business days or priority booking on the next available date for the same walk product. We are not responsible for incidental costs you incur unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Private and Corporate Group Walks

Private bookings may require a non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation email. Cancellation terms for deposits and balance payments are provided in that confirmation. Generally, private events canceled more than fourteen days in advance receive a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen days may forfeit the deposit and partial balance according to the event agreement.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested at least forty-eight hours before the original start time, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a ten dollar administrative fee per participant. Rescheduled walks must be completed within ninety days or the booking value may be forfeited.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Bank processing times may add additional days. If you paid by alternative methods, we will coordinate reimbursement details securely through support@antiagemove.world.

8. Partial Attendance and Early Departure

If you leave a walk early for personal reasons, no partial refund is granted. If a guide ends a walk early due to participant safety concerns caused by your conduct, no refund is provided as outlined in our Terms of Use.

9. Gift Certificates and Promotions

Promotional codes and gift certificates are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Expired promotional value cannot be refunded. Discounts apply only to qualifying catalog walks specified in the offer terms.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid walk services may result in suspension from future bookings pending investigation.

11. How to Request a Refund

Email support@antiagemove.world or call +17133323858 with your booking name, walk product, date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this Return Policy; the version in effect at the time of your confirmed booking applies unless otherwise required by law.
